ITEl Now is a new and improved version of the original ITEL App, designed with user feedback in mind. The updated user interface is intuitive and responsive, offering a seamless experience. Despite the changes, the reliable back-end software systems and accurate lab analysis process remain unchanged, ensuring you receive lab reports in under 30 minutes. It's safe to say that ITEL Now represents a significant advancement in claims app technology.
ITEL Now simplifies the process of capturing photos and measurements for upload to our lab. Every test is carried out by an experienced ITEL analyst. The app introduces several new features to enhance your experience:

<li>A streamlined claims workflow</li>
<li>Video tutorials to guide you through each step</li>
<li>A checklist and at-a-glance icons to help you review your photos</li>
<li>Improved feedback on the status of your test submission</li>
<li>Enhanced navigation for a more user-friendly experience</li>
<li>The ability to test carpet, wood, laminate, vinyl flooring, siding, and roofing within the app without needing to send physical samples</li>
<li>The option to send physical samples to ITEL using the app</li>
